- What is the reason for not sludge formation in the process?

In classical zinc phosphate baths,formed iron is precipitated as mud. In the calcium-modified zinc phosphate bath, iron is dissolved by strong oxidants and disposed. Thus, there are no problems caused by sludge.

No deionized water is not needed.
